Whilst some items are ready to post, most are made to order. I endeavour to have your items ready as soon as possible so most will be ready to post within 1 week of receiving payment. During busy times, I will keep you updated on the status of your order.


Payment methods include Paypal and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.


Standard postage is automatically charged when placing an order. $8.50 for standard shipping via Parcel Post (Australia Post). Parcels are tracked.

You can also access other shipping options:

EXPRESS POST - purchase Express Shipping by adding this to your cart for an extra $3.

A4 ENVELOPE - this is a cheaper option at $3.50, however postage is untracked and no responsibility will be taken for items that don't reach their destination. Envelopes can hold 1-2 items - its best to contact me before finalising your order. Use the code CHEAPPOST to access this option.

LOCAL PICK UP - I do offer a free pick up service from Little Shadow HQ, located in inner west Melbourne. Please enter the code LOCALPICKUP to access this option.

Refunds aren't accepted for change of mind, however if available, an exchange is possible (provided the item is unworn). If your item is faulty, please contact me to organise a replacement.
